Due to the nature of our products being freshly made, perishable baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once they have been placed.
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure quality and freshness. However, once an order has been processed, prepared, or delivered, we are unable to make exceptions.
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping or delivery information provided by the customer
- Missed deliveries due to unavailability
